Man’s Best Lab(oratory)

Ever been lost? Abandoned? Sad? Dumped? Alone? When someone comes along and picks us up when we’re down and feeling quite alone, we’re filled with a spark called hope. Every one of us has felt hope. It’s an uplifting feeling of possibility and rising happiness. We’ve all felt hope when we saw that big present underneath the Christmas tree (hopefully your big present). We’ve all felt hope (or perhaps dread) when we were given back our math test grades. We’ve all felt hope when the sun shone after a rainy day.

Man’s best friend, aka dogs (and cats), have been treated with the utmost respect and care. Right? In the University of Utah, Salt Lake City, Peta uncovered the cruel reality of what happens to the homeless and abandoned animals put in shelters. The University of Utah bought dozens of abandoned and unwanted animals to be used in their laboratory experiments. Imagine the hopes of the friendly animals, who wanted nothing more than to be placed in a good home, fed, and loved, being crushed as they found themselves placed in an institution with cruel and unorthodox laboratory experiments.

Stop the university from sabotoging the already sad lives of these animals. Help stop these cruel and unusual punishments from developing into further, more cruel acts of heartlessness at:

“Kentucky Fried Cruelty,” Oh yeah~

Mmm. KFC, America's most prized eatery for chicken, chicken, and did I mention chicken? The juicy, crunchy, yummy meat! Innocent vision of food? I think not. Millions of these poor animals die at the hands of not so kind suppliers. So how 'bout a big bucket of blood and murder as a side? Ding! Your order's ready~
