What IS life?
Now, granted, there are millions of theories of life and what it could be or should be. But there is no one answer for defining the essence of life. So, let me ask, since no one really knows what life is... How can people be so quick to say, "I hate life!" ?
Life is such a concept of deep ambiguity, hence the crazed interest in it. Humankind can't help but be fascinated by such an undefined mystery. What, with dictionary.com, people have become so dependent on listening to society's definitions that the true meaning if the concept of life cannot be established.
Some define life as the Pursuit of Happiness. Others call it Hell. However, more people name life as the Road to Finding Self-Purpose. Skeptics and scientists merely call life Biology. The different theories rage on and on, but there is always one similarity in the thousands of theories: We as humans control our own lives. We control and have power and influence over our lives and others'.
Or perhaps... We're just trying too hard to understand the meaning and greater power of life. But since when has humankind ever been known to conform all together into one great belief?
